By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging us to supply goods or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

Any quote provided by Surefit Glass is an estimate only and remains valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days if no period is stated. Quotes are based on the information available to us at the time and may be subject to change following a site inspection or measure.
An order is only confirmed once we accept it in writing, which may include written acceptance of a formal quote or contract. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or order at our discretion.
All prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST. Payment terms will be set out in your individual quote or contract and may include a deposit prior to the commencement of work, with the balance due on completion or as otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest or additional costs, and we reserve the right to suspend work until overdue amounts are paid. If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may incur charges to cover costs already incurred, including materials ordered or fabricated and work already completed.
Estimated timeframes for delivery or installation are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, supplier lead times, site conditions and access.
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for measuring, delivery and installation. Any changes to the agreed scope of works, including variations requested by you or required due to unforeseen site conditions, may affect the price and timeframe and will be confirmed with you before proceeding, where practical.
Surefit Glass holds QBCC Licence No. 15420235 and carries out work in accordance with applicable building codes and standards. Where required by law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty is limited, at our option, to the supply of the goods or services again, or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where this cannot be excluded by law.
Any product or workmanship warranty applicable to your project will be set out in your quote, contract or invoice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our supply of goods or services will first be addressed by contacting us directly to seek a resolution in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your enquiry or order will apply.
