Five scopes
Most builders send us one of these six packages. Some send two or three on the same job. The scope name in each row links to the page that explains it in full.

Standards and credentials

Send your architectural drawings, energy and acoustic reports if available, plus your programme. Email or tender portal is fine.

We price the scope and confirm the performance and testing requirements for all window and door systems in your buildings.

Once awarded, we prepare shop drawings for approval and lock your installation dates into our factory production calendar.

Frames are fabricated at Coopers Plains, then glazed and installed by the same team, with no handover between separate crews.

Glazing certificates, AS 2047 test reports and compliance documents are supplied in your handover folder before practical completion.

Why surefit
Glazing is usually three trades pretending to be one: a fabricator, a glass supplier and an installer. We are all three, in one factory, under one contract.
We make it and we install it. When something on site needs sorting, there is one phone number and no argument about whose scope it was.
We run our own factory schedule. Your programme goes in the day the contract is signed and does not move for someone else’s job.
AS 1288, AS 2047, AS 1428 and NCC Section J are how we work, not an add-on. The paperwork arrives with the frames.
Lee prices the work, walks the sites and takes the calls. There is no account manager between you and the person who can fix something.

Questions builders ask us
Both, from one contract. We fabricate at Coopers Plains and install with our own team. If you only need supply, we can price that, but most builders take the package so there is one party responsible for the fit. Install-only is also possible on the right job; AWAKEN Residences for McNab was installation only.
The honest answer depends on what is in the factory calendar when you call, so ring us as soon as your programme is set and we will tell you what we can hold.
Only new windows and doors for builders on new builds and apartment projects, fabricated in our factory. We do not supply the public and we do not do repairs or replacements. Details are on the aluminium fabrication page.
Our current work runs from about $100k hospitality and fitout scopes up to $1.05m of window wall at The Lanes. If your package sits inside that range, send it. If it is smaller and part of a larger programme with your company, send it anyway and we will tell you straight.
Yes. Fabrication is in Coopers Plains and our crews install across South East Queensland, including Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. We price travel into the package so there are no surprises.
