The new block was glazed during term with students on the campus, which means fenced compounds, delivery windows that avoid drop-off and pick-up, and a crew that behaves like it is on a school. The framing was fabricated at Coopers Plains and installed as one package, one of two projects for Ashley Cooper Constructions on this list.
