A site office, glazed like a permanent one
This is the project office for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail upgrade at 11 Logan River Road, Beenleigh. It is not a station. Surefit supplied and installed all the glazing across both floors: eight external window wall units and twelve internal fixed screens.
The external units are 3000mm wide in three bays, each with a fixed highlight, framed in Ezi 100mm Commerce flushline. The internal screens to the meeting rooms and offices sit in a 27mm glazing channel. All frames are finished in Duratec Zeus Black Matt. The window wall carries a WERS certificate (Uw 2.5, SHGC 0.38) for Section J.
