A brewery inside a live retail centre
Fitting out inside DFO means centre inductions for every installer, after-hours work around trading, and a framing profile that has to sit with the centre’s tenancy standard while still looking like a brewery from the concourse. The shopfront and entry doors were fabricated at Coopers Plains to the fitout drawings and installed in one run so the tenancy could open on Integral’s programme.
