Delivered
A brewery fitout inside a live retail centre, which means after-hours installation, centre induction for every installer and a framing profile that had to sit with the centre’s standard. The shopfront and entries were fabricated to the fitout drawings, delivered in one run and installed around trading hours.

Why Surefit for shopfronts
Shopfront work sits right before handover, in a centre that is trading, with a tenant waiting to open. That is not the moment to discover the door supplier and the glazier disagree about whose fault the strike is.
When the door drags or the lock does not meet the strike, nobody has to decide whose fault it is. It is ours, and we fix it.
We fabricate in our own factory, so your dates are not competing with another builder’s for a supplier’s slot.
Thresholds, clear widths, manifestation and door forces to AS 1428 are in the shop drawings, not discovered at certification.
Inductions, night shifts and hoarding coordination are part of how we work in a live centre.
Five scopes, one factory, one crew.

Questions builders ask us
Yes. We supply the operator, fit it into the header we fabricate, commission the sensors and safety beams and hand over with training for the tenant. One contract covers the frame, the glass and the automation, so there is no gap between a door supplier and a glazier.
AS 1428 requirements for clear opening width, threshold height, door opening force and glazing manifestation are worked into the shop drawings before fabrication. Where an automatic door is the cleanest way to meet the requirement, we will say so at pricing.
Usually. Most centres specify a commercial suite and finish for consistency across tenancies. Send us the centre’s tenancy fitout guide with the drawings and we will fabricate to it or flag the differences.
Yes. Most of our shopfront work is in live centres. Our installers carry the centre inductions, we work night shifts where the centre requires it and we coordinate hoarding and access with the centre management team through you.
Shopfront and door glazing is Grade A safety glass under AS 1288, toughened or laminated depending on the size, exposure and whether the panel is next to a door. Tint, low-E or acoustic laminate is added where the energy report or the tenancy calls for it.
For builders on jobs we have delivered, yes. We do not run a repair service.
