The Package
Highgate Hill apartment sites are tight, sloped and surrounded by neighbours, and Monument’s facade carries a lot of glass for a four-storey building. The window and door suites were fabricated at Coopers Plains to the architect’s setout and delivered in the sequence the scaffold allowed, with the same crew installing across all four levels.
